A Growing Community

Since our founding in December 2011, we’ve already hosted more than 700 guests at more than 34 events in neighborhoods around New York City. These events include political event viewing parties, Policy-and-Politics family-style dinners, and will soon expand into SkillShare™ events, panels, unconferences and roundtables – all at taverns! Viewing Events

Political debates and primaries in the lead up to the presidential election don’t have to be divisive! Come out, watch the events with your neighbors, and exchange your views on the issues that matter to you!

Community Conversations

The community conversations bring communities together to talk about the important issues of the day. From panel discussions on KONY2012 to chats with local political leaders, you’re sure to find a conversation that interests you!

Policy and Politics Dinners

Dine with others who care about politics, raising awareness on social issues, environmental activism, our changing economy, and other current affairs. Raise money for a candidate, organization, or cause. Break bread with civic leaders and political commentators, and invite your friends to join the table!

After Events

Pairing up with our co-host organizations, we host event after parties that invite guest to get to know each other and share their thoughts on the event.
